IN SEASON RATES

$4,550. per week, 1- 4 persons $4900.00 5 -6 persons

Christmas & New Years week:
$6,250.00 minimum 7 nights

OFF SEASON RATES

April 15th – December 18th

$3500 per week 1-4 persons $3850. per week 5-6

PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservations. You may secure your reservation with a credit card until your check arrives.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All money paid is fully refundable with a 60 day notice prior to arrival. Less than 60 days will result in 100% forfeiture of funds or you may apply monies to a future reservation of not more than one year from the cancellation date.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum night stay is (5) nights. no pets. Minimum Holiday stay is (7).
